Transition to Mixed Billing

As of 1st March 2024, Waverly Family Healthcare introduced a mixed billing policy.

Unfortunately, it is financially no longer viable to continue to provide high-quality medical service under 100% bulk billing for all our patients due to ever-increasing operating costs, payroll tax and minimal support from the government.

Patients under age of 16 years, Pensioner card holders (who are 65 years of age or above) and DVA card holders will continue to be bulk billed.

Health assessment, Care plans, Mental health care plans and Vaccinations are bulk billed for Medicare Card holder.
